New Mobile App Home Screen

First up, the HoneyBook mobile app home screen has gotten a facelift! Now, you can keep tabs on everything that needs your attention right from the get-go. With easy access to recent messages, a snapshot view of your calendar, and new leads, it’s like having your very own business assistant in your pocket.

Bookkeeping Improvements

Next, let’s talk money. The Bookkeeping page is now faster and smarter with more payment statuses. You’ll always know where your money is, and with the new transaction Trace IDs, your bank will too. It’s like having a financial detective on your team!

Second Client Name Field

Managing multi-client projects just got easier with the new “second client name” field. You can now pull this smart field into your emails and smart file text blocks, letting the names auto-populate. It’s like magic, but better!

Custom Archive Reasons

You can now add your own reasons for archiving projects. This update gives you detailed insights into project histories and helps you spot trends. It’s like having a crystal ball for your business!

Template Releases

HoneyBook rolled out seven new templates in the Template Gallery. Perfect for digital marketers, copywriters, and marketing consultants, these templates are packed with content and copy to help you spruce up service guides, proposals, and more.

Auto-Tag Projects or Contacts

For more control over your insights, you can now set lead form inquiries to automatically tag projects or contacts. This makes searching, filtering, and organizing as easy as pie from the start.
